Are you struggling to feed picky eaters who have a very narrow idea of what constitutes "good food"? I get you: my kids are quite specific in their preferences. It can be tempting to cook a separate dinner just for them. Or, when we're particularly exhausted, to tell them: "Take it or leave it, there is no other dinner." Please consider my third way: gentle meal planning.
